Will the timer keep working when my phone locks?
Yes. Duly Noted. saves the incident start timestamp instead of depending on a stopwatch running in the foreground. When you return, elapsed time is calculated from that timestamp.
Does Issue Citation send anything automatically?
No. It opens the phone’s share sheet when supported. You choose the app, recipient, and final action. Copy and image-download options are available as fallbacks.
Do I have to enter what I earn?
No. You may enter an optional personal hourly value so a receipt can estimate the value of time consumed. It does not have to be your salary, and you can leave it blank.
Who can see my incidents?
Your incident history and time value are private to your account unless you deliberately share a receipt.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the app, choose Request account deletion, and confirm. The request includes your account and associated incident data and is targeted for processing within seven days.
How do purchases and refunds work?
The iOS app is a $2.99 paid download with no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests through the App Store.
